Kakushigoto / Ep 4. Review

I love this show, I love this show, I LOVE THIS SHOW

Seriously, it is providing everything that writers and artists can totally understand.

First off, Goto-sensei thinks he wants to get a pen name but can't because obviously he is already an established artist. So many creators want to do pen names when they feel like their creations are not going places and it is kind of like a revival in a sense.

Even I have thought to do a pen name, but dang it, my initials are just too good to do anything else.

The second part is that Hime needs to do a drawing for her class and asks her father if he could help. Obviously he doesn't want to show her he is an artist, but he wants to help somehow! He also doesn't want to make it seem like Hime is cheating since her teacher knows who Kakushi is! So the dude literally has the teacher follow them to a zoo where the teacher thinks she is on a date and Hime is just wanting to draw a tiger and Kakushi wants to prove his innocents to keep his daughter from getting into trouble.

Oh my goodness, this show is amazing. If people are not watching this show they are seriously missing out. I feel like at some point this show is going to break my heart though. Hime gets to explore the boxes her mother left her, each box is a different year of Hime's life of things she might need at that age. They are mentioning Hime's mother more and more and as Hime gets older something sad is going to happen, I just know. I am not ready, I love this show and it is so cute and ahh

Okay, I'm fine. I'm not ready to cry yet, it will happen, I just know it, but not yet. Save those tears.

Are you watching Kakushigoto? Tell me about it!
