What is conflict?
Really, what is conflict? Rachel explained to Bam that conflict is when people are hating or hurting each other, but I feel like there is so much more to conflict.
You can be conflicted with your decisions, you can have a conflict with someone without hating them or hurting them, and you can have a conflict with yourself.
Bam is in the process to climb the Tower that oversees the entire world to find his friend Rachel again. He meets Khun, a cunning blue hair guy who seems to understand the Tower a little bit and teams up with him and Rak after the battle where only 200 players were only allowed to get through.
In this episode, we meet Lero Ro, a Test Admin of the Tower. A test admin is a person who has made it all the way to the top and has seen what they wanted and gets to test the other players. His test to cull out more of the players because there were just too many people and he casts Shinsu, this water power that can trap people. People must figure out how to get passed Shinsu if they want to keep climbing the Tower.
This episode was so interesting. I still have no idea what to expect when it comes to the tests and when it comes to the other floors. First Bam has to fight a weird-looking Shenron koi fish, crane dragon, then there is a battle royal, and now people are just simply getting culled by this weird water power that can literally torture people! What is going on?! I love it, I absolutely love it.
I don't know how much we are going to get Lero Ro, but I love him and his sauve way of taking care of everything. Even if he might be a sadist... Hey, it is not sadistic if it is his job, right? Right?
I am super curious about Khun, he obviously is not a person who can be trusted because he is using people to get to the top, BUT I want to know his reason to get to the top, that would be really interesting to learn.
Such a good show, I am very excited for next week's episode. Also, can I just say, the opening theme Top by Stray Kids is probably my favorite opening theme for this bunch of anime this season. It is just so good!
